Use a small brief, listen early, and keep the first session playable.

1. Open Mozart on web or macOS and sign in to keep your project library with your account.
2. Start a new project, choose a tempo and a compact musical brief, then create one part or scene.
3. Play it back before adding more. Build the session one clear decision at a time.

Give Mozart the access it needs, then choose the device inside the app.

1. Check your browser or macOS permissions for audio input and MIDI. Device names may remain hidden until permission is granted.
2. In Mozart’s audio settings, choose the correct output and—if you are using live input—the intended input device.
3. For MIDI, reconnect the controller, reopen the device settings, and use MIDI Learn again if its mapping no longer responds.

Keep work safe and find it on either platform.

1. Save projects regularly. Mozart’s project library follows your signed-in account across web and macOS.
2. If a project is missing, first confirm that you are signed in with the same email address on both devices.
3. If sync or sign-in is still not right, contact support with the account email and the project name; never send passwords.

Use Mozart as a transparent musical partner, not a shortcut to a tradition.

1. Describe the musical role and practical constraints you need: register, density, rhythm, length, or instrumentation.
2. Choose melody, rhythm, and harmony practices intentionally. Keep the sources of those choices visible in your work.
3. Listen, edit, and credit your influences. Mozart provides playable material; cultural context and artistic judgement remain yours.

Manage paid AI access without affecting your free project tools.

1. Mozart includes a seven-day trial without a payment card. A paid plan is only created when you complete checkout.
2. Use the billing portal in your Mozart account to manage or cancel a monthly or annual subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the next renewal.
3. For billing or refund help, use the return policy and contact support from the email address on your account.
