Mac sound questions

Can this tool change my Mac’s settings?
No. It gives you a short diagnostic path, but makes no system changes and requests no permissions.
Why do Bluetooth headphones sound worse during calls?
When the headset microphone is active, Bluetooth may use a lower-bandwidth two-way audio mode. Choosing a different microphone usually restores higher-quality playback.
Why are the Mac volume keys disabled for my monitor?
Many HDMI and DisplayPort outputs send audio at a fixed digital level, leaving volume control to the display, its remote, or supported DDC software.
Why does audio crackle through a Mac audio interface?
Clicks and dropouts commonly appear when the project and interface sample rates differ, the buffer is too small, or aggregate devices do not share a stable clock.
