This Return Policy explains cancellations and refunds for SOUND and Mozart, offered by CPL OF MNGS, the tools label by Couple of Mangos in Portugal.

SOUND and Mozart

SOUND is free. There is no purchase, subscription, or return process for SOUND. Mozart is available on web and macOS. Its paid AI access is offered after a seven-day no-card trial as a monthly subscription, annual subscription, or one-time lifetime purchase. The price, currency, taxes, and terms shown at Stripe Checkout are the terms for your order.

Trial

The Mozart trial lasts seven days and does not require a payment card. You will not be charged when the trial ends unless you separately choose and complete a paid purchase.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a Mozart monthly or annual subscription at any time from the billing portal in your Mozart account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your paid access remains available until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling does not automatically refund a payment already made.

Refunds

Once paid AI access has been activated and AI usage has begun, we do not provide an automatic refund for that usage or for the current billing period. You can cancel a monthly or annual subscription at any time to prevent the next renewal.

What is not automatically refundable

We will resolve duplicate charges, billing errors, and material technical access failures. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights, including any statutory withdrawal, conformity, or refund rights that apply where you live.

What happens after a refund

When a refund is issued, paid Mozart access ends. Your free Mozart features, saved local work, and any rights you have under applicable law are not affected. A lifetime purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription, and cannot be cancelled for future credits.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer protections, including any statutory withdrawal, conformity, or refund rights that apply where you live. If those rights provide more than this policy, they take precedence.
