Projects, saving, and account access

What to do

  1. 1.Save projects regularly. Mozart’s project library follows your signed-in account across web and macOS.
  2. 2.If a project is missing, first confirm that you are signed in with the same email address on both devices.
  3. 3.If sync or sign-in is still not right, contact support with the account email and the project name; never send passwords.
